*The treatment is almost always carried out on the first visit, however, occasionally we require further testing such as an x-ray or MRI scan before it is considered safe to start treatment. For your peace of mind these tests can be arranged by your chiropractor.
We ask for payment at the time of each session and accept debit/credit card only. Please note we are currently not accepting cash payments. Should you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.
We are recognised by most health insurance companies. However, due to reduced admin staff from Covid-19, if you wish to claim through your health insurance you will need to do this AFTER paying for your appointment. We can supply you with an invoice of your visits for you to claim back your fees from your insurance company. In the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with your insurance company, Twickenham Chiropractic Ltd holds no responsibility or accountability.
