*The treatment is almost always carried out on the first visit, however, occasionally we require further testing such as an x-ray or MRI scan before it is considered safe to start treatment. For your peace of mind these tests can be arranged by your chiropractor.
Payment Policy Information
We ask for payment at the time of each session and accept debit/credit card or cash (please note we do not accept cheques). Should you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.
Private Health Insurance
We are recognised by most health insurance companies for and if you wish to claim your treatment on insurance, we will try and make this process as easy as possible for you. Please note, we are currently NOT excepting BUPA patients.
You will need an authorisation number from your insurer. Different insurance companies have different processes so it is important that you find out your companies policy BEFORE booking an appointment to gain your authorisation number. Sometimes, your insurance policy will mean you pay the clinic and, by collecting the receipts, you claim back your fees from the insurance company. In the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with the insurance company we ask that you settle your account with us and follow this up directly with the insurer.
